Klientio is the relationship layer for a D2C brand's stack. It reads your store — orders, spend, rhythm, returns — and gives you the one thing the stack has no home for: the people, the conversations, and the follow-ups. It costs less than your Shopify plan.
What you'd see on Monday
Every flag shows its working. Quiet is measured against each person's own median gap between orders — never one threshold applied to everyone.
How it works
Klientio works without a store connected. A spreadsheet is a first-class way to start, not a fallback.
Connect Shopify and your customers arrive with their whole commercial history. Or import a CSV. Or type one name. All three are supported the same way.
Everyone who has gone past their own buying rhythm, ranked by what they've spent with you. Not a churn score — the actual dates, so you can judge it yourself.
A note, a call logged, a follow-up for Thursday. Today shows what you said you'd do. Anyone you've already picked up drops off the list.
Where it sits
Shopify has the transactions. Klaviyo has the campaigns. Gorgias has the tickets. None of them has the person, the promise you made them, or the reason to call.
Pricing
A typical D2C brand spends £150–350 a month before anyone stores a single note. Klientio never costs more than your Shopify plan. Every paid plan has unlimited users — the CX lead should have a login, and per-seat pricing is how that stops happening.
Only contacts you actually work with count toward the limit — one with a note, a task or an owner. A brand with 80,000 one-time buyers and 300 relationships pays for the 300.
What Klientio does not do
Every CRM in this category started simple and grew complicated, because each request was individually reasonable. These are the ones we have already decided to lose.
Import a spreadsheet or connect your store. Either way you'll know in about ten minutes.
